SAM Notifications vs OI Notifications

Hello,

when an AM Domain is stopped for any reason (crash or programmed), we receive two alarms in Notification Log console:

1 - -OI-> -APM1 Disconnected with Source -OI

2 - -SAM-> -APM1 Disconnected with Source -SAM

We use dxa-hook script to populate UserDefinedField 10 with operator instructions. For the first notification, hook script is working fine and operator's help is provided, for second one, Userdefined Field 10 remains empty.

It seems that dxa-hook script is only working for notifications received from OI-Server.  How could I verify and change this behaviour?
