Performance Optimisation of SMARTS ( IONIX ) Components

I would like to do performance monitoring and assesing the need for rearchitecture of the solution.

Iam mainly looking at something like below.

1. What are various parameters/attributes which needs to be checked to monitor the performance of components like SAM,OI,TE,TA,APM etc..

2. What is the ideal values of these parameters as suggested by EMC so that we can be alerted of the breaches and we can act accordingly.

3. Do we have any performance tuning measures for each of these components.

4. What are the various commands/files we can use to get this performance data.

Any documentation by EMC will also help.
