Monitoring devices and services

I am not sure if EMC smarts(ionix SAM/AMPM) can monitor the following services or devices

e.g (1 links between POPs optical sprectrum access  e.g DWDM ( transmission )

(2) Voice boxes including voice quality

(3) Firewalls

(4) Internet access e.g active directory or radius e.g if there is an authentication failure

(5) VLAN monitoring committed data rate

(6)Application servers

(7)IPTV

(8) Accomodation - racks ,doors alarm intruder alarm

(9) environmental -  alarm fan heat,temperature

(10)syslog retention policy

And also to be able to correalate these impacting alarms and make meaningful things to the operator

e.g if the fan of a POP router has gone down it should give an alarm and correlate that with an alarm in smarts that something is wrong with a pop router

Also if they cannot be monitored by smarts is there any other tool and can these be forwarded to smarts
