"link down" time in a month

Is it possible to know how many times of an interface is down and for how long in a month/week?
Normally I can do this by going to history and then, calculate it manually. But I'm wondering if there is an easier way to perform this.. maybe ASL language?

Thank yo very much.

What product are you referring to? This section of forum is for forum talk only so chances are that you are probably after some specific forum. Let us know what product you are after and we can give you link to forum section where you should repost question (or forum admin will move it there).

Hi,

I guess the best option is writting an scriptin order to search in the audit files for the event, the device, the dates, and when the notification is raised, so the statut is 'NOTIFY'.
My colleagues, imports the audit files into an SQL DB and do al the stuff using sql scrips, etc ...
The official solucion would be using the report manager from SMARTS, which is not a free product!
cheers
