How to identify/map/notify on root bridge changes

Does anyone know how to get the root bridge information from Smarts? Additionally is there anyway to map out the spanning tree relationships with Smarts?

Also what would be a way to get a notification that the root bridge has changed, and what it has changed to.

Is there some dmctl command I can run?
