Is your T5220 discovered correctly? PM must know that the T5220 "Composed Of" CPU, Memory, etc
and check notification filters. just in case.

it is discoveried correctly, but the oid doesn't have value,so I switch to a windows xp which can be walk out the cpu percent, but notification still doesn't generate.What kind of filter do you mean?

If you had say, the class attribute with a filter of "~Host", you wouldn't see the error (hypothetically).
If you open a Topology Browser and find the host, right click it and say 'containment', do you get a 'Processors' tab?

I see the filter as you mention and find out there is no filter item like you say. After clearing all item, I can only see some other nofication say the host is Unresponsive when it is shut down.
I run command and can see below info:
c:\InCharge7\IP\smarts\bin>sm_adapter -s INCHARGE-PM --subscribe=CPU_Performance_HostResources::.*::.*/pave

According docs, configuring on pm will take effect on monitoring hosts or devices and generating notifications, I have setting threshold on pm ,and I have pm license.
