How do you create a html static link in W4N?
I want to add a link from a report to another web page. How would you do this?

All I can think of at the moment is to put this in edit mode
Under "Report Configuration" tab
Description and Properties
Report Description
url">Link text

Yes, but the other way. I want to have a static link on a report that when clicked with take you out of APG and to another page.

I assume you want to link to a particular report from another external page...
Users clicking on the link will be asked to login if they do not have a session, once they are logged in they will be taken direct to the report.

You can also use APG External report type if you want the page to be opened embedded at APG Portal.
It can be found at Edit Mode and is very usefull because you can insert an APG property within the url.

This is a feature added (I believe) at version 6 of APG.
You can find it's description at page 108 on FrontEnd User Guide.
