Fcc agent is not available or gone inactive

Hello everyone....

i'm new to control center Center 6.1, i've read the Documentation and installed it. Can onyone tell me that FCC agent is installed automatically or we have to enable it from somewhere else, cuz when i go to connctivity option it displays the follwing error........

i've read the agent configuration section of control center docs, but it did'nt tell me where to find it...
