Can you please provide the error message that you are receiving and more exact details of the situation. I have also included directions on "How to enable bulk maintenance on devices; is there a way to enable maintenace mode for multiple devices? https://support.emc.com/kb/483007".

Hello Sean,

I fixed the error message. But the below information requires the host to be discovered by SMARTS or in the IP topology.

We don’t have Hosts discovered by SMARTS.

We are receiving SNMP trap alerts from different monitoring tools “Nimsoft for OS monitoring, SolarWinds for Network Monitoring, Oracle Cloud for DB monitoring, etc”

So I need to find a way to suppress incoming alerts for specific list of servers during their planned maintenance window.

Please understand that "Loading DRMK Version 8.00"  appears to be a Windows OS issue and not related to the Dell EMC Smarts product. I would recommend contacting your OEM regarding that error message.
