EMC Smarts execute tools on Global Console machine

Hello all.
I have a question about "tools" in EMC Smarts .
a question is: How can i realize next issue:
When people from NOC group received Critical event in Global Console, that sound will play on his machine ...
May be , can i do it with automatic tools?
How can i launch something automatic on operator machine?

Without installing additional listening client software on their machine (i.e. a smarts adapter, perl socket listener, etc...) This isn't directly possible. The best workaround would be to use operating system tools like "net send" in Windows, or "write" in UNIX. Or simply use the e-mail notifier and have the users email client configured with a rule to play a sound when those particular messages arrive.
