EMC IT Performance Reporter - Network Edition

Hi,

I tried to upgrade ITPR from version 2.0.1.1 to version 2.0.1.2.

The patch applied successfully to IT performance reporter.

When apply the patch to Data Collection Manager, it gives the error message below.

"Unable to install EMC ITPR Standalone DCM 2.0.1.2.0: Patch is associated with a product that is not on target machine."

Anyone has experienced this issue or knows the solution.
