Displaying polled values and thresholds in Notification Log Console

Hi,

I'm trying to use Dynamic Model in order to add a new firewall class and poll CPU, memory and disk custom values for the new class.

I have created a "SM_Fortinet" class and the polled values are working fine as I can see some events in the Notification Log Console depending on the thresholds I have manually configured for a couple of devices.

I have also used Dynamic Model configuration in order to add more information in the "Details" tab for every alarm in the console, so the end user can check the values for the polled data and the configured threshold double clicking on every alarm.

The issue that I have faced is that although the event is properly generated depending on the polled data and the configured threshold I cannot see any value in the "Details" tab for the polled value (the threshold is displayed correctly):

I have followed  the steps described in "EMC Ionix ITOps Foundation 9.0 Dynamic Modeling Tutorial" document, but for sure I am missing something.

Has anybody face any similar issue when creating a new class from scratch? Please find attached the updated files for further information.

Thanks in advance, best regards.

Ruben

The details tab is part of the Properties of notification which has multiple tabs. The tabs shown in the properties of the notification are populated at run-time and these values are not part of the SAM server.  The Details tab is also populated at run-time by making a call to the IP domain manager when the user checks the properties of a notification.  Therefor we cannot modify the details tab dynamically as we do with the topology object.  However, we can see why the value is not populated for the Details tab.

Please provide the notification name so that we can see if we can reproduce the issue locally and debug further.

The screenshot shared is not clear and we are not able to identify which notification is having this problem.
