- is not a separate module to install but part of SAM server (activated by license) - allows you define customers and services and relationships/dependencies between services to objects in SAM (Routers, Applications, etc.) - when there is a problem with a dependent object, service and customer impacted notifications are created - you can create these via Topology builder UI, or programmatically or a config file.
