are there any attributes in a SAM notification object which specify whether an touble ticket is generated automtically or manualy!!
Hi all,
i have a requirement to write a script(java/asl/perl) to count the number of tickets raised in smarts (manually or automically).
Now i also want to know how many of these are raised automically (by exclation policies) and how many ar raised manually by the operator.
Is there any attribute in the ICS_notification class to differentiate between automatic and manual tickets.
