What is correct install package of ESRS vritual edition
I am going to install ESRS VE 3.12 in vSphere. The download page of support.emc.com has 2 OVF files, one is ESRS Virtual Edition Code and the other is ESRS Virutal Edition Code-ServiceLink 5.3.9. What is difference? And which is the correct one to be used to install for customer?

Please use the top one, ESRS_VE.x86_64-312.0004.0.ovf. It registers the ESRS client in the new backend infrastructure. The images for installation to the old 5.3.9 backend are intended for special cases, like re-install of a ESRS VE to an existing cluster in the old infrastructure. Everything new should go to the new infrastruture
