UnityAF can not ESRS_VE deployment.
hello
i was installed UNITY300F system and now i trying to config ESRS_VE setup on our Unity System.
but. i failed.
i have full accesss customer account and upload unity system.
DNS setting is good and checked ping test.
ESRS_VE Gateway is correct (VMAX system connected.)
port 9443 is opened.
can you please advise?

Dell EMC Unity needs ESRSVE version 3.12 or later.
Also it is needed to be registered correct support credential with correct privilege.
account privilege cannot be verified by customer but only Dell EMC Employee.
you should consult with your Dell EMC account personnel.
