SecureID Need to use 2 factor with AD

We are looking at requiring 2 factor authentication for certain accounts for all Active Directory authentication.

We have Secure ID and currently use it for remote access, we would like to use for all connectivity for certain elevated privilege accounts.

I would like information on how to implement this.
