Remote sessions timeout on VE ?

I have some remote session that are one month old,  i know no one is staying connected for that long so why aren't they timing out ?  I tried to upgrade ESRS/VE to the latest version and i can't because it says there are active sessions, so here i am rebooting each appliance.

Any idea ?
