Reinstallation of ESRS VER: 3.16.00.08
Hello all.
I have a virtual ver: 3.16.00.08 of ESRS, after a power outage it has started to sent three email every 30 minutes, but no alerts are shown.
I did a short support chat, but esrs var not his spesiality, and I thought just to reinstall instead of spending time fixing it.
is there a way to export and import settings?

There is currently no way to export settings. You can take most information from the GUI.
With regards to your problem,
- Are the filenames in the mails constantly the same . In that case you could copy the file off the server and delete it. If the file has information that could indicate a problem , log a Call for the S/N and request a healthchek (you might want to attaché the file)
