Policy Manager

I am trying to utilize LDAPS port 636 with a cert on our PM server.  I follow the instructions successfully but when I try to log in the page will not let me log in.  It works perfectly using LDAP port 389. 

Does anyone where I should start troubleshooting?

I did find this log that has the following error I am assuming that this is showing the log in failure.
