Policy Manager SMTP default mail setting at 60 minutes - how to review contents?

Hi,

I am running Policy Manager 6.6 with ESRS VE v3.10.  When i first installed Policy Manager, i was asked how frequently to receive email from Policy Manager and stuck with default (60 minutes).  I have been receiving alerts since it went online with summary of total types of alerts as shown below:

How can i view the actual errors coming from the policy manager?  I cannot find it anywhere.  Please help, thanks.

The following number messages have been logged since <$Time$> :

       0 Fatal messages.

      30 Error messages.

       0 Warning messages.

The last few messages are:

[ERROR] ERROR null

[ERROR] ERROR null

Hi,

please could you check if on the ESRS VE Web UI there are the same number of alert, because I suppose that your report coming from the ESRS server. As you can see above there is an Alert Tab on the ESRS VE Web UI.

The errors are not matching. Seems like there is no way to look at PolicyManager errors (unless from Apache directory logs); only ones from ESRS shows up through GUI.

Error messages with content  " [ERROR] ERROR null" actually mean the Policy Manager detected an error for which it has s no additional details.

there are error messages that do have details, like eg:

[ERROR] Unable to send email No recipient addresses

No Events found!
