Without knowing your network environment DNS, DMZ, Webproxy, Intrusion software, firewalls, switches etc it is very hard to tell how you failed all your network checks, its best to go to emc.com and create a service request and in details explain in details what troubleshooting network steps , to troubleshoot your network environment you may need to work with your Network team to determine the issue. explain all details in the case and submit your request

when I bypass our proxy the test will be ok , but when i use the proxy the test will fail , i have open 443 and 8443 outbound to emc .
