Need all ESRS support center complete location addresses
Hi ,
I understood ESRS will be connecting to a centralized database, and which in turn supported by EMC regional support centers ,round the clock.
So would like to now the all support centers location addresses...

I'm not sure I understand your question. There are 19 FQDN's that have to be reached by the ESRS Gateway when the application is installed. Is that what you are referring to?

Hi James,
Yes, i need to know what are all the 19 FQDN's locations . Like from which places the ESRS alerts are monitored round the clock. Is it global support for all or is it monitored regional wise....

All the outbound port requirements for the ESRS Gateway are included in Primus Solution emc238467.

EMC's Global Access Servers are located within EMC facilities worldwide. Actual physical location of each GAS instance is EMC proprietary information, but if there is a pressing regulatory need for the information then please email me directly at Ben.Chused@EMC.com.
The actual routing for ESRS alerts and notifications depends on the affected product, the nature of the alert, and the time the notification was generated.
Support specifically for the ESRS solution is located in Hopkinton, MA.
