Isilon unable to connect to ESRS

hello all

last week we added a new node to our Isilon cluster and now ESRS shows it can no longer connect. Before the nodes were added ESRS was working fine.  I am unable to get the GUI but I can still connect via the CLi

Version :  : 3.50.10.06

I have logged a call with Dell but they have been unable to assist and they have said they can't resolve it.  Plus they keep asking has it ever worked,  I can assure that it has, and one of the Dell Field Engineers has used pre-node expansion.  So that aside,  a few questions

  1. Can you restart the GUI interface from the CLI?
  2. Can you run a command to connect to the Isilon and get it connect? from the Isilon side the service is running and the ports are open

 In the ECS Portal, select Settings > ESRS. On the EMC Secure Remote Services Management page, click Test Dial Home in the Actions column. If the ESRS notification is successfully received, the status displays as Passed with a timestamp in the Test Dial Home Status column.
