As my customer saying `` it used be in powerLink ``please let me know if there is one ...

I've asked around and the consensus is that we do not have a website that customers could access to view planned or unplanned downtime for ESRS. Do you know where this information was available in Powerlink?

Hi
thanks for the confirmation ....what I heard from customer was ... it was in powerlink era ...but he cannot show me the URL ...
so it is not 100% sure.
But if we had that kind of site in support.emc.com or ESRS forum site so that customer can google search, That would be great wouldn`t it ?
thanks!

Just to confirm Ben's there is no customer website in regards to outages for ESRS, most outages are Scheduled for upgradeing and maintenance of ESRS serversn and are redundant standby servers., We also rely on the customers alerts which will create a alert/case status if a customers gateway server goes down and would notify the customer. once the case is created, if its a severity their EMC Area manager is also notified.
