Please consider moving this question as-is (no need to recreate) to the proper forum for maximum visibility. Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and can go unanswered for a long time.
You can do so by selecting "Move" under ACTIONS along the upper-right. Then search for and select: "EMC Secure Remote Support Forum".

With the information you are giving me, I am making a few assumptions
So I am assuming your Goal is; because you can not put a Data Domain on the ESRS IP Client Management server, you figure if you move the VNX and Clariion onto a gateway server and share the gateway witth Data Domain. However you will lose the function of ESRS IP Client Monitoring process with ConnectEMC, UDoctor,. The reason for your error, it seems you do not have a ESRS licence for Data Domain. This Licence is at zero dollar part number 753092303ESRS-GW200 which can be obtained through your account Manager. Now you would have 2 servers a Gateway for Data Domain and a ESRS Monitoring Station for your VNX Clariion Connect Home monitoring which the station acts as a gateway too. Contact your Account Manager for further details.
If the assumption is correct follow my recommendations, if not email me with your site ID, associated with the products , location of products, and the serail number(s) and a detail explaination, for instance; How will you monitor your VNX / Clariion products if you migrated The IP Client products to the Gateway ( You can not share IP Client on the Gateway)
Thank You
