How do i know the time where the Device was disconnected from ESRS-VE
I have ESRS-VE ver: 3.06 showing that there are 2 offline devices.
How do I know the date and time where they became offline?
No Events found!

Hi, when a device goes missing a service request is generated that will contain that information. If you can't find the relevant SR in service center, an EMC person can also see the last contact time on our backend system (Servicelink).
