ESRS VE - add device asked for permission
Hi all,
one, I hope short, question about the ESRS virtual Appliance (Version 3.10).
After implementing some VNX und VPLEX I plan to use the ESRS for support.
But when I add the devices, I need to set permissions and a windows with "EMC SSO Page" appear. All known logins doesn't work.
What Account is here necessary?

Please checkout recent post, i think you will find relevant information in there : https://community.emc.com/message/921783#921783 from 3.10 Release notes : " Permissions button Under Managed Devices, the customer will see a button opposite each Managed Device. This is new technology that EMC is leveraging for future growth in the area of large file transfer. Initially, only Remote Teams will utilize this feature to perform remote upgrades"

Hi,
this login pop up is the Single Sign On in order to enable a new part of service MFT. At this time we cannot enable it.
If you need to set a restricted access premission to your device you should have inside your configuration a Policy Manager that do that. If you don't have any particular restriction, as per default, all the device should be already accessible.
