ESRS v2.28
Last week, ESRS v2.28 code went live. This version of ESRS code includes remote application enhancements that will facilitate faster remote access by authorized and authenticated EMC remote support personnel -- helping us achieve faster resolution times.
Access all of the latest technical documentation on the EMC Online Support site here, and access ESRS downloads here. Please post any questions about this release within the community and an ESRS SME will respond shortly.

Hello
My name is Andy Harrington and I am the PM for ESRS. The changes that were made have no direct benefit to customers. That said, various ESRS connected products had modifications made to Remote Applications used for connecting remotely. So EMC Support has the main benefit because they are able to more efficiently connect to the end device over ESRS. The customer has an indirect benefit in that the time to resolution we believe will decrease.
