ESRS technical information has been reorganized

ESRS technical documentation, downloads, etc. have recently been reorganized in a way that should be less confusing and more user-friendly.
We have created a "product page" for ESRS within the Online Support site (support.emc.com) that can be accessed at https://support.emc.com/products/31755_Secure-Remote-Support
Once you reach that landing page, you will notice two buttons listed under "Products" that read:
1. Secure Remote Support Gateway Configuration
2. Secure Remote Support Single Product Configuration
The "Gateway" section includes all documentation and downloads applicable to the Gateway configuration, and the "Single Product" section includes all documentation and downloads applicable to the "client" versions of ESRS that support Symm, CLARiiON, VNX, and VNXe products and do not require a Gateway server. For CLARiiON, VNX, and VNXe products, there is an option for ESRS that is 100% customer installable / customer configurable.
Some material is applicable to both categories, such as the Policy Manager documentation and download.
