ESRS Multiple Email addresses

Hi,

I am part of a team managing numerous EMC locations worldwide, and I need to configure ESRS to send alerts to the onsite contact, as well as our group E-mail address.  At present, only the onsite contact actually receives failure notifications, and we need to be included in this, so that we can manage support calls more proactively.

Is this is a simple change, and if so, where would one make that change?

Are you referring to the alert that the EMC device generates in the event of an issue on the device?

Hello.

Should you want to be notified when there is an error message (software, hardware fault, error, warning) of your storage arrays like a disk being in need of replacement or a Director or Initiator went offline, then you will need to ask for that via a Service Request.

Most of our products can send their alerts to Dell EMC as well as to the customer. While the Dell EMC notification is almost always setup, the customer notification is optional.

There is no easy way of you doing that because every product is different so it really would be good to update the callhome setting of all your storage arrays by a dedicated Engineer.
