ESRS Gateway and Policy Manager 6.6 Roles profiles and users
Hello,
We have 2 devices to be managed in ESRS Gateway and Policy Manager 6.6.
I'd like to know if a document with bests practices for management and configuration of user profiles and roles is available somewhere!
I try to know what are the roles and profiles needed to properly start the management of our device.
We are interested in using Ask For Approval for remote access.

You can find the document for Policy Manager 6.6 on the EMC Online Support portal. The title of the document is EMC Secure Remote Support Policy Manager Release 6.6 Operations Guide. You don't have to create additional users beyond the standard admin user but you have that as an option.
