ESRS and request for device passwords

ESRS is wonderful and everything but why aren't you properly training your technicians to look for ESRS connectivity before asking for Webex and also why arent' you training your technicians to look in CSI for device passwords ?   Are you seriously expecting me to email you device passwords via email ?  This applies to RCM team as well as regular support teams.   Comments ?
