ESRS After Update 3.52.10.08 - SRS VE not Connected to Dell EMC

Hi,

After updating the ESRS to the latest version available (3.52.10.08), I have a status that I couldn't resolve:

The VE status as Loading is also shown:

The following command was run in the ESRS shell, which shows that all services are started:

/opt/esrs/utilities/commandlineutil # ./ESRS-VE-CLI-Util.sh --service-status

emccallhome:/opt/esrs/utilities/commandlineutil # ./ESRS-VE-CLI-Util.sh --service-status

Please enter ESRS VE WebUI credentials to use this utility.

Grateful for the indication about the possible solution, but unfortunately the procedure on the link did not solve my problem.

During the script's execution, the following errors appeared, which indicates that there is something else to be fixed related to Java:

The status remains the same:

Hi,

Through an SR registered with Dell support, we came to the conclusion that there was nothing to be done to recover the ESRS server.

We opted for a clean install of version 3.52 where we then upgraded to Security Connect Gateway. Everything ok until then.
