Error while registration in Unisphere

Hi Experts,

I am facing two problems

1 ) I have installed Unisphere 1.1.33 and i am not able to Find the REGISTRATION TAB inside it , can anybody help me out finding the REGISTRATION TAB so that i can register my product.

2 ) As i am getting the above error i have tried the latest version of UNISPHERE 1.2 and i am able to run through the registration steps but getting error at the final part , please check the screen shot of the error.
