Error upgrading from 3.52.10.08 to 5.00.07.10

Question

Hi when i hit download i get the next error:

An error has occurred.
Failed to download the docker images.

in the log

Hello everyone,

I was assisting a client with an upgrade from ESRS to SCG. Their ESRS version was 3.52.10.08, and direct upgrade to SCG failed. The client rolled back to a working snapshot. On attempt two, we upgraded to 3.52.20.08 (and if you check the release notes, they mention a fix for upgrading to SCG), and then to SCG successfully.

So I suggest upgrading to 3.52.20.08 then SCG, had no issues here. Watch out for firewall issues, if you are traversing across subnets and made a rule for 9443, you may need to do the same for 5700 (otherwise you will see TCP connection resets or drops).
