Error installing ESRS

Hello everybody,I need some help in installing ESRS on a workstation. I am getting stuck with storage not registerd with powerlink account but i have already registered the storage. have attached a screenshot. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello; I am assuming that you are using the ESRS IP Client for VNX wizard and get to the point where it checks through Powerlink  for serial number that is registered in EMC Install base, which then will allow you to download the additional information.    If this is newly installed  there maybe a delay, to verify log into Powerlink.

You may need to contact your account manager or contact Powerlink  to resolve the registration issue.

below is from our Knowledge base emc116045.   They should be able to help,  Once they resole your issue and it checks your workstation and registered enviroment it will download the rest and you can continue. Please reference

emc307203 ESRS: Installing ESRS IP Client for VNX - Requirements and troubleshooting  after you have resolved your issue with Powerlink Support (or your account manager.  the emc307203 will show common issues in ESRS IP Client for VNX  and will show you the requirements of your Management station.

For Powerlink issues that require immediate support contact EMC Support at 1-800-SVC-4EMC (1-800-782-4362).  

How to check registration:

To check if the customer is registered or what is on the contract, the customer can navigate to the Register Sites page on Powerlink:

Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Register Your Software Sites

Towards the bottom of the page it will state the Site IDs that the customer is registered for.

                You are currently registered for the following Site IDs:
             1. 123456789
             2. 987654321

       Input Site Numbers: [                      ]

If this does not list any Site IDs, the customer is not registered for any sites and should Input their Site ID to register. (Users can only register for company Site ID when they are logged in to Powerlink using their company Email.  Different/preferred Email addresses can be set up within Preferences.)
