Deploying Devices On ESRS Gateway That Does Not Support the Device
Do not deploy the new gen 3 DLm's on an ESRS Gateway running version 2.14 or earlier. Doing that will render the Gateway inoperable and require that the Gateway be uninstalled and reinstalled. The same thing is true for deploying VNX on a Gateway running version 2.06 or earlier. To determine what version of the Gateway you have installed:
- Launch the Configuration Tool
- In the upper left corner of the window, the Client Version will be displayed
