Customer wants to be notified when device callhome via ESRS2

Hi,

Is there any setting on the ESRS Gateway to email/alert the customer when any devices being managed have a callhome event? Thanks.

Best option is to set this up on a device level.  For example, modifying the Clariion template or ConnectEMC to include email to customer.

This functionality is not currently available in the Policy Manager. An Enhancement Request has been made some time ago - and may become available in a future release of Policy Manager code. As in previous response some but not all devices have this capablity.
