can't add device ( ECS SWUID ) in ESRS
I can't add device ( ECS SWUID ) in ESRS. The error messages is " validation error " , " Serial number / site validation againt install " I requested IBG to register the S/N. However, IBG has registered on AEON instead of Oracle 11i and IB which is phasing out. How do I add a device normally?
