Alienware m17 OC contols failed setup HELP Please

Recently  I opened my alien ware command center and it told me to get the newest version so i did but then when i opened it again it asked to update the oc controls heres the problem when I try to install them it gives me setup failed 

now I already uninstalled the old oc controls and old command center using following the youtube video alienware provides to uninstall the command center 

second I don't know if this is the issue but I have throttle stop installed which allows me to under volt the laptop to prevent throttling again idk if this may be the issue

Information may be more than needed but I rather provide to much than to little
