Wrong Site ID assigned to SCG, how to change it?

Hello,

during setup, I've used site ID that dosen't contain PowerScale nodes. I would like to change to the appropriate site ID which is related with Isilon nodes. Is it possible (reset to default), or have I to instal new SCG?

Hello AntZet,

If you just need to change the device address then you can edit the contact and shipping information:

Go to Settings > Preferred contact and shipping details.

You may also consider a redeploy if this is a new set up.

Otherwise you would need to call in 1-800-945-3355 for US/Canada and ask for the End to End connectivity team to fix it.

Hi,

thank you for response, Charles.
I restored SCG from backup and I configured it with proper Site ID.
but unfortunately, when I try connect PS cluster to SCG I received error:

Hello AntZet,

This looks to be similar issue with their resolution :

If that doesn't help then a fresh deploy may be the way to go.
