Ways to Give Feedback?

Is there a community for SAE where Dell is taking feedback? For example, SSL certificates. It's strange to me that a piece of enterprise software that we're using in 2020 only works with self-signed certificates, and any time we access that software we have to bypass a certificate warning. How do we communicate to Dell that this isn't acceptable? How does the SAE team move forward on issues like this? SAE 4 hasn't been updated in almost 8 months - seems like a long lag time for application with some significant issues.
