Upgrade to Pro Support Plus - Support Assist Features

Hello, I am testing Support Assist for Business. I have a TechDirect account. I have 1 machine checked into Support Assist Portal. 

I have since upgraded support for this device from Pro Support to Pro Support Plus. 

I can see this change reflected in the Techdirect portal however when I manage my asset I cannot see options to get drivers / scan hardware etc.

The machine has had Pro Support Plus coverage for a few hours now. Does it take a while before thse features become available?

Hi @juniorgong 

Driver recommendation under PC Recommendation take sometime, SupportAssist do weekly upload data from system and then it will show driver recommendation.

Can you share your TechDirect registered mail id over private message so i can check if everything works from Backend.
