Upgrade to Pro Support Plus not flowing through
Hello, I am testing Support Assist for Business. I have a TechDirect account. I have multiple machines checked into Support Assist Portal.
I have since upgraded support for a number of devices from Pro Support to Pro Support Plus.
I can see this change reflected in the standard Dell Support portal however in the TechDirect Portal these machines are only listed with Pro Support.
These machines have had Pro Support Plus coverage for a few weeks now.
I have tried uninstalling Support Assist for Business on one of these devices and reinstalling it after a few days, but it is still just listed with a Pro Support license in TechDirect Portal.
