Unable to Setup and Configure [Step 3] upgraded appliance
After repairing my SupportAssist appliance I was able to "successfully" upgrade to the Secure Connect Gateway 5.0.
However, I am unable to proceed past step 3 on the 'Setup and Configure' wizard. Upon filling out the form and hitting 'Next', I receive this error:
We couldn't complete this action because of an error with the Dell Technologies servers. Try again later, and if the issue persists, contact technical support.
Which is very similar to SAE-010081 from the 5.00.00.xy Troubleshooting Guide. I've worked with my network team and there does not appear to be any network layer interference, but since this has been happening for more than a week I'm also guessing that the 'Dell Technologies servers' have not been offline for all that time.
I noticed in the documentation portal there is a a filter for a 5.0.05 release which it appears I do not have -- is it possible to initiate an upgrade from the CLI? Or any other ideas?
Thank you!

Thanks Kaluaabyss! I am experiencing the same exact issue as well & opened a support request w/ Dell after unsuccessful attempts at troubleshooting. I find some solace in that this issue is not specific to our setup. This upgrade has been challenging from the beginning, but this appliance/solution is very helpful when functional. I'll update this post if/when I hear anything back from Dell. Take care all!

For our purposes, I had the luxury of just turning this off and planning a rebuild from scratch. Still haven't had time for that rebuild

What is the harm of simply powering off the old one and deploying the new one?
