unable to download SupportAssist enterprise 5.00.00.10 software

Hello Team,

We are planning to Upgrade from SupportAssist Enterprise 4.00.06 to Secure Connect Gateway. I have a drafted a change for update it but some reason why when I am trying to download, it’s giving me an error message. I have tried several times but it’s still giving me same error message as attached in the screenshot below.

Also I just wanted to confirm again there is not business impact during upgrade other than the support Assist VM reboot and it can be done during business hours right ?

Hello Orthocarolina,

 

I'm sorry to see that happening.  In case it is an intermittent issue have you retried periodically through the day?

 

Try clear browser cache and try again?

Try a different browser?

 

When you upgrade, only the virtual machine should need a reboot not the host.
