Unable to add server and servers working previously now a failed status.

Hi,

So to get the vitals out the way

We're using Dell SupportAssist Enterprise v4.00.06.00

Previously we had added eight idrac9 devices R740's , R640 & R440 however they are all failing now and I can't add any new idrac9 devices as I'm getting the following errors upon trying to add.

SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to connect to the device by using the provided credentials.

To update the device credentials, select the device and click Edit Credentials.

Error Code : SA-20060

SA-0025  :  SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to add the device xxxx because of an unknown error.
Remediation :   Verify the following and then retry adding the device:
  1. Make sure that the device is supported by SupportAssist Enterprise. For the list of supported device models, see the Support Matrix.
  2. Ensure that you select the correct device type and try again.

So we also use Dell OMe and this is working fine, I've setup the SNMP Agent community name

Also setup the SNMP traps configuration but we're just unable to get these devices working all of a sudden.

I have ensured SA is the top entry IP under alert destination as this has previously been needed in order to work. I can also run SNMPWalk to the device without issue.

We have no firewalls preventing traffic between these devices.

I have created a credential profile with the correct idrac logon.

On the rack hardware the servers are a mix of fully firmware updated to around six months behind.

Can anyone offer some assistance please?
