Tune Performance stays in "preparing" mode for hours
I started Tune Performance and it displays "Preparing" for hours and never completes. The Task Manager shows it running and using memory but nothing happens. Same goes for Clean Files.
The overall performance of my Dell Inspiron is terrible. I have had it a year and it is the slowest computer I have ever owned. I am trying to figure out how to make it run faster.
Can anyone help?
