Hello @stanimagine, in my experience it works:
• You can uninstall and reinstall supportassist.
•Fow install new drivers, go straight to the site https://www.dell.com/support/home/, write your service tag or search by equipment model, "drivers and downloads" -> "Find drivers".

Forgot to mention "docker ps" command doesnt work, gotta use curl
"hostname:/tmp # curl https://supportkb.dell.com/attachment/ka06P000000GmxxQAC/veWebIssueFIX_csp_en_US_1.tar -o veWebIssueFIX_csp_end_US_1.tar"

all of this eventually turned out to be major waste of time. After successfully upgrading (post webfix), webui Docker instance would not come up no matter what. Delete your appliance and reinstall from scratch! version

I was able to install the WebFix, via https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000193080/srs-ve-srs-ve-shows-not-connected-to-dell-emc-and-system-statuses-are-blank, and now it will report that it is updating before giving me the same failed message from before. Any suggestions?
